Our fees

Daniels Huisman charges based on hourly rates. In 2025, our rates range from €160 to €445 per hour (excluding 4% office costs and 21% VAT). The applicable rate depends on the nature of the case and the experience of the lawyer involved.

We will always provide clarity in advance about the expected costs and possible risks, so you can make informed decisions.
